A taste of is a culinary fusion of Caribbean food cooked with love and served with a smile. I’m Angeletia a self taught chef who loves to feed my nearest and dearest.
In celebration of Black History Month I will cook black eyed peas stew, fried plantain and Caribbean fruit cake.
Cooking using Black British Zero Waste recipes.
